Before establishing her private practice, Emily served as the managing attorney at the South Texas College of Law Houston Legal Aid Clinic. Emily has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2007. She earned her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in the same year and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Texas, graduating in 2002. Emily is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, particularly engaged in the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section, which highlights her commitment to staying updated with legal developments and best practices.
